Little Ripples

Beginner swimmers who are familiar with the water. Swimmers will learn to hold their breath underwater and gain confidence to move around unassisted. They will be introduced to kicking on their front and back.
FlowRiders
30 Minutes
4 per lesson
In this class swimmers will learn the correct body position and balance on their front and back. Swimmers will continue developing freestyle and backstroke kicking, progressing to the full stroke over 8 meters.
EzyNippers
30 Minutes
5 per lesson
Swimmers will continue to improve their technique in freestyle and backstroke. In this level they will be introduced to the beginnings of breaststroke.

Gold Achievers
30 Minutes
8 per lesson
Gold Achievers focus on refining and improving technique in freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke over 25 meters with the beginnings of butterfly being learnt. Swimmers continue to build stamina and efficiency in the water.
